Returns Policy

Due to the perishable, personalized nature of our products, the Seller does not accept returns to our facility.  Shipments that are returned or require rerouting by the shipping carrier due to incorrectly entered addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment. Seller requires payment at the time of purchase for all orders.  If payment method declines, your order will not be processed until a valid payment method is provided.  We do not offer Net thirty (30) or other terms at this time.  For large volume or corporate orders, a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the order may be accepted, at our discretion.  Any remaining payment is due at upon shipment of your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number, and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with more instructions.  Please be prepared to submit photos for evidence of damage.

Processing Times

Processing times begin the day AFTER receipt of your order or approved artwork/proof. Normal Processing time for photo Product orders is 3-5 business days with an ADDITIONAL 3 day shipping time.  BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. Orders during peak periods, (such as Holidays) and larger orders may require more time. SHIPPING TIME IS IN ADDITION TO OUR PROCESSING (PREP) TIME. We encourage you to order well in advance of your event date to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping & Delivery

The Sugar Cookie ships throughout the United States using FedEx as our third party shipping carrier.  We may on exception, or as requested, ship with USPS (United Postal Service.)  The method and route of shipment are at our discretion unless Buyer timely supplies explicit instructions otherwise.  Seller does not add handling fees or additional costs to shipping rates.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except on US Major Holidays.  Most orders require a signature to ensure that cookies are not left unattended in the sun or weather elements.  Please ensure that someone available to sign for your package. Orders will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package. Seller cannot be responsible for any refunds on lost or stolen packages, weather issues and/or acts of nature.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship outside the United States.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, FedEx will not to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.

Which days do you ship and deliver?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except on US Major Holidays.

Risk of Loss

Our Product is carefully packed to ensure its quality and freshness, and to ensure that your order get arrives in tact.  Seller is NOT responsible for any damage occurred during shipping as this is the shipping carrier's responsibility. Rarely, some breakage may occur during transport and we may, at our discretion, establish a claim on your behalf for refund of the partial or total cost of the order.  We may also provide a discount, replace product or redo an order. Please be prepared to submit photos of the damage.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
